The Previous Certification Date field in the WBARS XML data pull should only pull the Effective Date of the previous ANNUAL Certification for that household in the selected project. If the household doesn’t have a previous Annual Certification, this field should be blank. This has been corrected. Case: PD-1402 (IR-105199)
The WIN Rent custom calculation type currently calculates prorated assistance HAP and Tenant Rent incorrectly when the Payment Standard amount is less than the Unit Gross Rent (field 21k). This has been corrected. Case: PD-2928 (IR-110282)
Fixed the issue that caused the user to receive an error when viewing the Household Member tab or Certification if a member has an EID record without EID details. Case: PD-901 (IR-103515)

Corrected an issue where a thread locking error occurred causing the database to intermittently stop syncing to Assistance Connect. Case: PD-3126 (IR-110698
Corrected an issue where a single applicant member change was sending multiple requests to Assistance Connect. Case: PD-2586.
Corrected an issue for the message Unhandled Exception - Cannot directly save a child object. Case: PD-2719.
